Phase 2 framing at this job is has been completed. Carpenters will be finishing punch list items next week then as soon as that is completed, rough electric scope will start for 3 weeks.

We are excited to report to our equity partners that our joint investment project located at 140 Luquer Street in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn, NY has been increasing in value as forecasted.

Façade framing and window opening framing is completed, and rear scaffold will be removed soon. 

HVAC and plumbing subcontractors will be back to finish their rough scope of work once extension is closed and framing the interior of extension is completed.

The property will now be finishing with :

  • Wolf/Subzero appliance package

  • Custom Italian cabinetry with quartz countertops and full quartz kitchen backsplash

  • Engineered hardwood flooring throughout

  • Full height marble tile in the in master baths

  • Large format porcelain tile in the secondary baths

  • Kohler plumbing fixtures

  • Sierra Pacific windows

  • Complete façade restoration

The Concrete Block Installation on the rear extension is complete.

The builder continues to make headway at 140 Luquer Street!      

 Interior Framing Phase 1 is on track to start soon.

The concrete block installation, aka Concrete Masonry Unit (or “CMU”) installation, started on the rear extension wall. Furthermore, the interior light-gauge framing began.
