The project site has been stumped and the stumps have been removed. The topsoil has been stockpiled and soil erosion controls installed.

Excavation for the foundation has been complete and ready for footing formwork, scheduled for tomorrow.

The builder has encountered 4 existing seepage pits and one septic tank in the foundation area that were not shown on the drawings. The septic tank was pumped out and all of the tanks were crushed and filled with gravel.

There are no major issues at this time to delay the project.

Demolition has been completed and inspected by Saddle River.

The building department is awaiting one more signature before release of construction permit.

The contracts have been released for excavation through wood framing.

DMR is expecting to start construction in the next couple weeks.
