Update on 2 Hanover Rd (Afton Village)

Building A has been backfilled and the slab has been prepped for the underground plumbing to be installed.
Building C framing has been completed along with the roof and windows installation.
In Building B the exterior masonry has been completed and the hard plank siding installation has started. The mechanical roughing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, vacuum and tech wiring have been completed. The rough inspections are on-going at this time.
The curbs have been staked and the storm drainage work has been completed. The utility companies are finalized and ready to install their services once the curbs are installed.
There are no major issues at this time to delay the project.
Architectural plans have been revised for 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The new layouts are more in line with what is expected by the buyer in this type and price of a unit. The framer is currently completing these interior revisions.
Building B has been sheathed and the roof is being installed. The windows and the mechanical roughing will begin this week.
Building C has been framed through the first floor walls with the floor trusses on site.
Building A foundation is scheduled to be installed starting on July 25th.
The detention basins have been complete and the sewer and water laterals for each unit is also complete. The utility companies JCP&L and PSE&G have been working on their final plans for the underground utilities.
